The garbage is being kept near my flat in our assocoation. When I protested they say they can only keep near my flat and it cannnot be changed. We are suffering from stinking smell and my children are suffering from viral aatckes due to this what I have to do. Even I suggested that it can be roated. But they don't agree.Please suggest me some action

The other building owners are just too glad that their own garbage (and stench) is some other person's headache.

Some ideas:
Get the support of some of your neighbours.
Invite the association members inside your flat to smell for themselves.
As a last resort, you can lodge a complaint with the BBMP health inspector of your area.

request all members once again and also inform them to face consequences if they dont comply within a weeks time inform BBMP health officer and to police about this if nothing works throw garbage from your flat to open yard or down below so that every one will feel the seriousness and learn to be disciplined
