Residents of 3rd cross silver oak street jp nagar 7th phase who live on the elevated area of the road have not been receiving a single drop of water, but prompt bills from BWSSB. The AEE and the concerned officials have to date not taken up corrective measures while promptly collecting 25000 as deposit and monthly bills issued. There has been no reply or action from the authorities. Can any one suggest how to take this up with a consumer court as the BWSSB has no rights to charge for services they have not provided and also in case they feel they cannot supply arrange for a refund and also stop billing?
