Recently, a friend of mine was complaining about ground water exploitation in Hebbal area...a water tanker makes minimum 40 trips to a vacant site daily and sucks out 500 lit water in each trip out of the borewell...this is all illegal and no boby dares to talk...he is new to the area and says that this has been going on for last 6-8 months...what forum he can raise this alarming issue?...an individual owning a site can be millionaire with this looting business...can anybody show ray of hope?...Worst and most certain part is that...very soon...my friend who has no problem with water as of now..might have to purchase the water from same guy !!!
