As most of the residential areas have neither pavements nor parking place the four wheelers ,autos,Cabs are parked in front if the residential houses day and night causing great discomforts creating to the house owners while taking out their vehicles.Drivers park the vehicles at odd hours using reverse horns, slamming doors and interfere with the privacy (by parking in front of the windows)thereby the residents are put to great inconvenience. In the light of the above, residents must have the right to see that the vehicles are not parked as matter of right in front of the houses ignoring the fact the residentil areas should have peace and tranquility. Even though the footpath/pavements do not belong to any one at least the house owners must have a say in the matter and the request of the residents should be heeded to and this should be a guideline to avoid unpleasentness in the absence of any traffic rule Can police and BBMP think on my suggestion? Any rejoinder from readers,CM?

can this be takenup by C M with appropriate authorities like police/BBMP? as the residential areas are being used to start business ventures starting from the carsheds/garages inthe premises

Further to my comnment of 12th I wish add that as no decisio n is taken on akrama sakrama at least government should fix up a date beyond which constructions done should not be regularised . construction activity is in full swing taking advantage of the fact that akrama/sakrama has not found a place as yet.
It may also be pertinent to see that residential areas remain so stictly,withoutpermitting/converting to run pettyshops, barbershop, tutorialclasses etc and see that it maintains residentialarea's character.
