Respected sir, We have purchased the flat in 2007 (seems like the biggest mistake and are still cursing) which was under construction from Kishore reddy , Sri krishna builders in parijatha aparments in bellandur till date the builder did not register the flats, and duping us, he has taken all our hard earned money and now he is not reachable by phone, he doesnot like to talk in person, if we insist he starts shouting in a bad language and threaten us with police. Please sir help us, let me know how can we get justice, 5 years is a long long time, and he is testing our patience, please guide us, when I came across this website , I am hopeful that you guys will give me the solution and justice. MADAM,

If he is not willing to refund your money or give you your flat take him to the consumer court without delay.Another way (may involve money) is approach the local area corporator or councillar to settle the issue.
