I had booked a villa site in July 2008 at Nice Vistas, Mysore,which is being developed by M/s Blue Valley Developers whose H.O is located in Bangalore. We paid 85% of site value quoted as booking amount. We were to register the site after the approvals came through in Oct 2010, but decided to cancel the booking since the developer added additional charges like bribes to be given during registration etc. After cancellation, Blue Valley has been making various excuses and has not refunded the booking amount to this day. We have filed an FIR with J.C.Nagar police station and met the Assistant Commissioner of Police and Deputy Commissioner of Police. The Police need to arrest this cheat called K.S.N Raju under Sec. 420 and protect citizen rights but all they can do is arrest innocent citizens who protest against tree cutting by BBMP. This is the sad state of affairs in this country!

Lot many things are progressing for common men now Anna Baba and other are already on bettle fight nowadaya. what we need to do is keep on trying and knocking the door untill we get the justice. Keeping silent in case of crime is promoting it and is also a crime.

I am surprised at the comment about Blue Valley. I have invested in two of their projects at north Bangalore and found them quite professional. There was a delay in getting approval of tranquil arc. But eventually it was approved and I got the land registered.
