Hi, My neighbour is extending his home by adding a floor which involved him building a 10 foot boundary wall that separates our sites. This has cut off any sunlight or air movement resulting in all rooms with windows on that side have darkened. I have serious concerns about the legality of his construction. How does one report such violations ? What are the avenues available to me to 1. figure out the legality of his construction. 2. if it is illegal then how and whom do I approach for redressal. Thanks,
