hi we are plannning to buy a flat in whitefield or in chanasandra we have seen ark builders serene county and mayur group flats not at started mayur group is saying that they didnot get approval for plan is it good to book the flat witout approval any reviews about the two builders our budget is 30-35lak can any one suggest me what to do

Hi Everyone,
Do you have exact report about Ark Serene.It will be great, if you can help us. We want to know that if Ark is Fraud or he is genuine Builder who will deliver the things as promised. What's your take on this. We have heard that their customer dealing is very bad and they are giving different contradictory details to each customer and not willing to give more information. Their conditions are also so strange. Also they are lying about so many things. They seems to be truly unprofessional. Due to this many people are in dellima , if this builder is genuine or not.

We would like to invite others also if someone can provide valuable information.
