I had this experience today; I had a Gold Day Pass valid for the day, but the conductor rejected to accept the pass and extorted money from me. I am a regular traveler from Richmond circle to Kadugodi and I normally take Volvo Bus no. 335E. Today (16-Nov-2011) I took the bust from Richmond circle at 11:10 PM to Kadugodi. When I showed the Gold Day Pass I had (no.0143259) to conductor, he rejected to respect that and threatened to throw me out of the bus if I do not pay him money or buy another ticket. Reluctant to pay him money, I was forced to buy another ticket worth 55 (No: 364291 7008 500A13 46110735N) Bus reached destination by 1:55 PM and still conductor challenged me to do whatever I can. I have posted a complaint at BMTC web site and is still hoping there will be some justice Else I am not sure why someone should buy a day pass in BMTC Bangalore as any conductor can reject to accept the pass and throw you out of the bus Regards, VIshnu
