I am actually fed up with communicating with the authorities. This lighting stretch was handed over to BBMP Mahadevapura a couple months back. Strangely, it has been given back to BDA. What is the Govt Order, no public is aware of it. I was contacting EE ele(BDA) for the non-working of street lights on this stretch, as I am early walker.I am aged 71+. Now this No. is not with me and No number in the WEBsite. Some person dialled me to report any problem. On enquiry he is neither a contractor nor a staff of BDA, but lower staff of the contractor. Should public inter-act with such person, who has responsibility, answerability. I had sent Email to get me EE ele MOB no. Still I am to get, as a reply. Now the whole stretch is in darkness. IT IS CRY IN WILDERNESS. WILL BDA TAKES REPOSIBILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENT THAT MAY HAPPEN?? I WILL WATCH OUT FOR THAT Swamynathan, Sr.Citizen
