Has anyone tried the subways at the Basava Bhavan circle? I couldnt go down more than a few steps and then had to clean my mouth in the well-known Indian tradition. also, the survivors of the laest crop of puppies on streets are in alarmingly large numbers. Let's not wait for a dog-bute to do something about it.

This is standing example for apathy in BBMP. having spent so much of tax payers money in constructing subways is it not the resposibility of BBMP to maintain it clean and usablel Better to disband all supervisory officers there who are sleeping and getting huge salaries in BBMP.
