The outer ring road is ripped up from KR Puram (near MORE store), at Marathahalli (Near INTEL), at Sarjapur, Agara and HSR, list may add on.. Traveling through these road is more adventurous than playing in Play Station. After terrible waiting at each of these construction sites, when we reach HSR its WORST! The entire lane is occupied by parked Trucks, Fly over constructions, BMTC bus Stop just next to Traffic Signal, Haphazard road crossing by vehicles. At least a little better can be done by not allowing Trucks to park in already messed up roads.

I enquired about this a few days -- having seen this time and again over the past few week.

This apparently has to do with the trucks submitting themselves to inspection (for permit extension, vehicle condition check) at the Koramangala RTO, which as you may know is in the BDA complex on the Inner Ring Road, inside Koramangala. Since there is no space there for all these trucks, they are being asked to park on the Outer Ring Road of HSR, a driver told me.

It is not clear to me while more space on the service lane is not used. (There are hundreds of things like this going in the city any given time)
