The collection center for property tax at Kundalhalli gate circle, Mahadevapura zone, Marathahalli sub zone do not have proper filing and record keeping system and as a result have lost my property tax receipt for 2009 /2010. The systems are manual and staff are not customer friendly. If someone visits the office they can see documents and receipts lying loose and scattered around. The person in charge of collection center had promised to find the receipt for me and call me on two occassions and now it is more than 3 months and has not called me. Whenever I visit he simply asks me to leave the mobile number and never bothers to call back. A lot is desired from these collection centers as they fall well below our expectations. It is high time BBMP computerizes the call centers and make these centers more customer friendly.
